The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the nobo99 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Members regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform. If you access nobo99 via a mobile browser, third-party application link, or any other means, these Terms apply in full.

nobo99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify Members via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on nobo99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by nobo99 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not currently hold, and must not have previously held, any other account on the nobo99 Platform (whether active, suspended, or closed).
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of nobo99 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the nobo99 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, and your date of birth. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nobo99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

nobo99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

nobo99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) best practices. KYC verification may be required at any of the following stages:

• Upon submission of a first withdrawal request.
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold determined by nobo99's compliance team.
• When unusual account activity is detected by our fraud-monitoring systems.
• At any time nobo99 deems it necessary to verify your identity, age, or payment method.

Documents that may be requested during KYC include: a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA account confirmation).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all requested KYC documentation has been received and approved by our compliance team. nobo99 will not be responsible for any delay in payment caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

All deposits to your nobo99 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable transaction fees.

nobo99 accepts deposits via the following IDR payment methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. nobo99 does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which nobo99 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt by our payment processor. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in most cases. nobo99 does not credit any deposit until cleared funds are received. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of transfer, please contact live support with your transfer receipt for manual verification.

nobo99 reserves the right to refuse, return, or hold any deposit pending further verification. Deposits made from payment methods that do not match the name on your nobo99 account will be returned without processing.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team. nobo99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC checks and may be processed in tranches at nobo99's discretion.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Typically processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some transfers may take up to 60 minutes depending on the receiving bank's interbank clearing schedule.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically credited within 1–5 minutes of approval.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed all applicable KYC requirements before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds or pending Turnover Requirements must be settled before Real Funds can be withdrawn. If you wish to withdraw Real Funds before completing a Turnover Requirement, the associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• nobo99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.

nobo99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on each promotion's dedicated page at the time of claiming.

The following general bonus rules apply to all nobo99 promotions unless a promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Members who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless the promotion is explicitly available to unverified accounts.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Turnover requirements must be met within the validity window specified in the promotion. Bonuses that are not wagered within the validity window will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• When a Member holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Funds will be used to settle wagers first, unless the specific game or product directs otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to fulfilment of Turnover Requirements.
• nobo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not affect the Turnover Requirements of a bonus already credited to a Member's account.

All wagers placed on the nobo99 Platform — whether on sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, card games, or any other wagering product — are subject to the product-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules will take precedence for that product.

The following general betting rules apply across all nobo99 wagering products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. nobo99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where explicitly permitted by the relevant product rules (e.g., a cash-out feature).
• Wagers placed after an event or game outcome has been determined — whether due to a technical error, a data feed delay, or any other reason — are void and the stake will be returned to the Member's account.
• nobo99 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or game configurations that were the result of a manifest error (palpable error). Members who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have the relevant wager voided and may have their account suspended.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, game, and product category. These limits are displayed within each product interface and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In the event of a game or product malfunction — including software faults, disconnections, or data errors — all affected rounds are void and stakes are returned. nobo99 accepts no liability for any loss of expected winnings arising from a malfunction.

For sports betting specifically: live in-play betting markets are offered subject to availability. nobo99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are settled according to the prevailing rules for the relevant market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nobo99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or navigating the interface.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live poker or card game formats such as Sakong or Bola Tangkas.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or technical errors to generate an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any form of financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or during any account-related communication with nobo99.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that you are not fully authorised to use.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to do so.

All content on the nobo99 Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and brand identifiers — is the exclusive intellectual property of nobo99 or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without express written consent from nobo99.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any nobo99 brand name, logo, or trademark in connection with any third-party product or service.

Any unauthorised use of nobo99's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nobo99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected profits arising from a technical fault, game malfunction, or service interruption.
• Loss or corruption of account data caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part of it.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

nobo99's total liability to any Member, in connection with any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits nobo99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

nobo99 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an account on nobo99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• All data transmitted between your device and the nobo99 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud detection systems) solely for the purpose of delivering Platform services.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a Member — nobo99 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) calendar days via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may be made without advance notice.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which nobo99 holds its international operating licence. nobo99 operates as a licensed and internationally regulated online gaming platform. In the event of any dispute between a Member and nobo99 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting nobo99 customer support. nobo99 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the Member's initial written notification to nobo99, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents nobo99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.
